Starting off as a headwear manufacturer to the promotional products industry, FW challenged the industry to demand quality over price by offering headwear built with superior craftsmanship, eye catching designs and reliable inventory availability. Known for its motto “Quality Above All™”, FW rapidly became the “go to supplier” for more than just another “cap”.
Determined to offer the complete package, FW purchased their first embroidery machine in 2000 which would give customers the ability to benefit from a one-stop service supplier. It wasn’t long until Fersten Worldwide was recognized as one of the leading full service suppliers as customers could choose from Flat Embroidery, 3D Puff Embroidery, Double 3D Puff Embroidery and Textured Embroidery for their decoration needs. Till this day, FW continues to wow customers with the intricate 3D Puff Embroidery crafted to perfection.
In 2004, Fersten Worldwide expanded its product categories and introduced Apparel. Similarly to headwear, the FW Apparel was built on the same principle of quality fabrication, which propelled FW as a headwear leader, along with luxurious fabrics and fashion forward designs. The collection boasts a variety of t-shirts, polos, sweaters, sport shirts and other which can be perfectly paired with styles from its extensive headwear selection and decorated with any of the numerous embroidery services available.
Sought out for its established reputation and solid supply chain in the corporate promotional products and golf markets, FW branched out into the world of Global Brands. In 2009, FW entered into a license agreement for the exclusive rights to execute all Fila branded apparel and headwear design, manufacturing, distribution and marketing for the golf and the corporate promotional sales channels in the United States and Canada. The Fila branded product would put FW on the same playing field as other globally recognized brands in the apparel marketplace.
Continuing to challenge themselves, 2011 marked an epic year as FW launched Performance Outerwear and Wellness alongside new Laser Etching, Fabric Appliqués & Reverse Appliqués as well as Debossing in-house decoration techniques. Pioneering fabric finishes and advanced technologies continue to support the corporate commitment of continuous innovation and self-reinvention.
